Why I Give
I have joined AHRD since I was a student at University of Minnesota in 1997 and I had hosted AHRD conferences in Thailand twice in 2003 and 2008. I am so proud of being a part of AHRD and working with AHRD members. It is such a wonderful experience for me as an academic. I have received lots of support whenever I need from them. This is the time to give back and promote the AHRD community among Thai societies of academics, practitioners, and students in this field and related fields. As a strategic HR professional, we need to create value for the organization we belong, thus I would love to encourage you all to contribute to the AHRD foundation.
